200 RYT

200 hours RYT program enables you to start the journey as a yoga teacher as it involves being experiencing the various teaching methodologies that trainer must learn in his/her journey. If a practitioner is enrolling for 200 hour RYT, along with 100 RYT syllabus, the additional topics covered are:

  • Basic Asanas in detail
  • Preparatory Movements/ Warm up Poses
  • Yoga Postures and its effect on body
  • Introduction various Chakras, Koshas
  • 24 intermediate poses with detailed instructions along with asanas in 100 hours RYT
  • Pranayama and Meditation

300 RYT

300 hours Yoga program enables you to begin your career as yoga teacher by start teaching in your neighbourhood. The syllabus covers 100 hours RYT + 200 hours RYT and additional topics that will be covered are:

  • Human Muscular System

500 RYT

Become a professional Yoga teacher by joining our 500 hours RYT program. In continuation with 100, 200 and 300 RYT courses, the curriculum includes:

  • Philosophy of yoga
  • Prenatal Yoga
    • Detail understanding 1st Trimester, 2nd trimester and third trimester
    • Asana variations Set 1, Set 2, Set 3 and Set 4 each containing about 10-12 asana sequences
    • Detailed teaching on how to guide mom-to-be practitioner
    • What no to do while practising asana in prenatal period
    • Loosening and Squat poses and various asanas in details to do in 1st trimester

1000 RYT

1000 hours RYT program enable you to start a Yoga studio by mastering in all the various advance poses and also by having a thorough knowledge in therapeutic Yoga . 1000 RYT curriculum consists of 100, 200 and 300 RYT syllabus plus the following in depth :
